Family Is the Foundation of Everything
Jennifer and I have built our lives around family. Raising our three children in the Northern Panhandle has grounded us in the values that matter most — hard work, honesty, faith, and responsibility to one another. When I look at the challenges facing West Virginia, I see them through the eyes of a parent, not just a politician.
What kind of state are we leaving for our children? Will they have opportunities here, or will they be forced to move away to find them? Will they have clean air and water, safe schools, and a healthcare system that won't bankrupt them? These questions drive everything I do.
Supporting Working Families
Too many West Virginia families are working harder than ever but still falling behind. Wages that don't keep up with the cost of living, childcare that is unaffordable or unavailable, and a tax system that too often favors the wealthy over working people — these are the real challenges our families face every day.
I will fight for policies that put more money in the pockets of working families: a tax code that is fair, access to affordable childcare, and an economy that rewards hard work at every income level. When families are strong, communities are strong, and West Virginia is strong.
Standing for the Values That Define Us
The Northern Panhandle is a place where people look out for each other, where a handshake still means something, and where character counts more than credentials. Those are the values I carry into public life every day. They are the values I will bring to every decision I make as your representative.
